BISMARCK, N.D. — Stark County residents who suffered damage during Wednesday night’s severe storm can meet face-to-face with state and federal disaster recovery officials. A disaster Recovery Center has been established by North Dakota Division of Emergency Services (NDDES) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (fema) at the Prairie Hills Mall, 1681 Third Avenue West, Suite 43.
