CHICAGO, Ill. — The U.S. Department of Homeland Security s Federal Emergency Management Agency (fema), in partnership with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR), will host a flood risk information open house for residents of Edgar County on Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Paris City Hall, Council Chambers, 206 S. Central in Paris.
