FEMA Approves $22.4 Million In Disaster Aid For Georgia Flood Survivors
ATLANTA, Ga. — Since President Obama’s disaster declaration last week for those areas struck by severe storms and flooding in the State of Georgia, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (fema) and the Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA) have been working closely to deliver support to impacted communities through financial assistance, information and person-to-person contact.
