CHICAGO, Ill. — The U.S. Department of Homeland Security s Federal Emergency Management Agency (fema), in partnership with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), will host a flood risk information open house for Highland County on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Highland County Administration Building in the Large Conference Room, 114 Governor Foraker Place in Hillsboro, Ohio.
