MOORHEAD, Minn. — To date, nearly $12 million in Public Assistance (PA) grants has been approved for 28 Minnesota counties affected by spring floods. Additional grant applications are being processed.

Rice County Flood Risk Information Open House Scheduled
CHICAGO, Ill. — Representatives from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (fema), in conjunction with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MNDNR), will be hosting a Flood Risk Information Open House on Wednesday, July 29, 2009, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Rice County government Services Building (Conference Room 3), 320 NW 3rd Street in Faribault.
